19-year-old charged in armed carjacking incident involving Democratic lawmaker

Federal prosecutors have charged a Delaware man with carjacking Democratic Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon of Pennsylvania and using a firearm during a crime of violence, 司法省 発表 木曜日.
