星期日, 一个 alligator was found by dispatchers in the parking garage of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Administration Building, according to a Facebook post from the sheriff’s office.
In the Facebook post, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office called the incident “an on-brand Florida story.”
“After a long night of responding to 9-1-1 calls dispatchers were serenaded by this scaly gal in the parking garage at the Sheriff’s Administration Building in Largo,” 警长办公室说.
In pictures posted on Facebook, the alligator appeared to be small.
“好, 它是 more of a croak than a serenade but the message was clear ‘we’ve been trying to reach you about your vehicle’s extended warranty,’ and nobody is a fan of those,” the post added, joking.
在文中, the sheriff’s office said the dispatchers called deputies, who were able to remove the gator from the premises.
“Deputy Duckers with the assistance of one of our Sheriff’s Volunteer Patrol members safely relocated the gator,” 帖子说, 加: “See ya later, gator!”
This was not the only alligator in a place where it should not be.
本周早些时候, 一个 11-foot alligator had to be removed from beneath a Jeep on a homeowner’s property in Rotonda, 佛罗里达.
As deputies were wrangling the gator, it let out a huge roar, which was captured on video.
