Ex-Minneapolis Police officer Thomas Lane pleads guilty to manslaughter in George Floyd's death

          In that trial, Lane testified that he was on his fourth day on the job, while Chauvin had worked for the department for over 18 年. Lane twice asked Chauvin to reposition Floyd during the restraint but was denied both times, according to his testimony and body camera footage.
