Harris reflects on 'full circle' moment after receiving vaccine dose at NIH building her late mother frequented

Washington Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday spoke in personal terms about a “cerchio completo” moment after receiving the second dose of the Vaccino moderno Covid-19 at the same National Institutes of Health building her late mother had frequented for work.
