“Too many lives ruined by false allegations because the #MeToo ‘iron clad certainty’ replaced the ‘reasonable doubt’ of jurisprudence. Merely proffering an accusation does not mean someone is guilty. The cultural default must always be innocent till proven guilty,” he wrote Monday 在推特上.
