Health authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (刚果民主共和国) declared a new Ebola outbreak on Friday, after a case was confirmed in the city of Mbandaka, in the northwestern Equateur Province, 世界卫生组织 (WHO) 在周六的一份声明中说.
