Reps. Stefanik on how she plans to fight the 'radical far-left agenda’ as House GOP Conference chair

She argued on Sunday thatwe have yet to see any bipartisan legislation coming out of the Oval Office or the Houseas she suggested why she believes a change was needed in the role of House Republican Conference chair.

Stefanik made the comments two days after the House Republican Conference voted to elect her as its chairwoman, sealing the New York’s lawmaker’s ascent two days after the group ousted Reps. Liz Cheney amid strong tension over the party’s future.

Stefanik’s appointment came just days after House Republicans voted to remove Cheney, R-Wyo., from leadership.

Cheney had remained steadfast in her opposition to former President Trump and hisdangerous lies” acerca de 2020 election being stolen from himputting her at odds with other House Republicans who wanted to move on from the Jan. 6 riot and unite the party to win in the 2022 parciales. Cheney was removed by a voice vote.

Speaking with host María Bartiromo el domingo, Stefanik saidRepublicans are unified in exposing the radical far-left agenda of President Joe Biden and Speaker Pelosi.

We want to focus every day on exposing the crisis fronteriza, the economic crisis and the national security crisis in the Middle East because it’s having an impact on everyday Americans’ lives.

Our focus is on safely reopening our economía, getting people back to work rather than the incentive being to stay out of work, making sure that we’re addressing energía independence,” ella continuó. “We have the highest gas prices under Joe Biden in over seven years.”

Gas prices have been increasing in the days since the Oleoducto colonial shutdown reaching a national average of $ 3.04 a gallon as of Sunday, 8 cents higher than the prior week, Los votantes culpan a Biden por los altos precios de la gasolina debido a la "desinformación".

The fallout from the Colonial Pipeline fiasco may be a preview of what’s to come if President Biden forges ahead with his frontal assault on the oil and gas industry.

El presidente, just hours into his administration, revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline and also at least temporarily paused drilling on federal lands and waters. He also reentered the U.S. into the 2016 Paris climate agreement and pledged to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from 2005 levels by at least 50% por 2030.

Stefanik stressed on Sunday thatRepublicans are unified despite what the medios de comunicación will tell you.

She also said thatPresident Trump is an important voice in the Republican Party.

We believe that President Trump’s results, whether it was the economic growth, whether it was the historic accords in the Middle East, whether it was being tough on porcelana or the bipartisan coronavirus relief packages, these were significant results that helped everyday Americans,” Stefanik said.

She went on to note that, currently, “the stakes are so high.

Look at how radical Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi’s policies have been,” Stefanik said. “Joe Biden promised bipartisanship, we have yet to see any bipartisan legislation coming out of the Oval Office or the House so I’m proud to represent the vast majority of Republicans and that’s why we needed to make a change of House Conference chair.
